Owned by local veterinarian Dr. Michael Kahan, easyvet Melissa has built a reputation for compassionate, quality care. We focus on the well-being of cats and dogs, offering foundational vet services from preventive wellness exams and vaccinations to sick visits and diagnostic testing. Our team believes in the importance of routine bloodwork and early diagnostics, as these tools allow us to detect potential health issues before they become more serious. We are here to support you with expert medical care in a welcoming veterinary clinic.

Dr. Michael Kahan
Clinic Owner
Dr. Kahan grew up in Buffalo, New York, before attending Michigan State University. He graduated with a BS in Animal Service and a Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine. Following graduation, Dr. Kahan practiced in Farmington Hills, Michigan for 12 years. He then purchased Chino Valley Animal Hospital in Arizona, where he expanded the practice to 7 doctors and approximately 50 employees. After 17 years of ownership, he sold the hospital and joined easyvet. Dr. Kahan is also the proud pet parent to 3 English Bulldogs!
Dr. Harlem Motley
Veterinarian
Dr. Motley graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s of Animal Science from Florida A&M University in Tallahassee, Florida in 2014. She then received her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Tuskegee University in Tuskegee, Alabama in 2018. Dr. Motley takes a traditional approach to practicing medicine and believes that each pet should be treated as if they were her own. Dr. Motley is accredited with the USDA National Veterinary Accreditation Program (NVAP).
When she’s not in the clinic, Dr. Motley is an avid book and anime lover. She also enjoys spending time with her brother and mother and loves to get in touch with her creative side by cosplaying.
